Conference Reports

Capturing the story of your conference

The critical ideas and decisions made at a conference can be lost if they are not properly captured. Raincoast Ventures will attend your conference and ensure that you have a permanent and accurate record of all aspects of your event for future reference.

Conference reports are typically written in a narrative summary style and are customized to suit each client’s needs.

Reports typically include:

  • A standard template reflecting the event name and associated logos (custom graphic design available)
  • Executive Summary
  • Table of Contents
  • Narrative summaries of plenary and breakout sessions (capturing presentation key points, specific details and additional information in the appendices)
  • Overview of key points and next steps
  • Speaker Quotations
  • Lists of Acronyms
  • Appendices including the Participant List and Resource Materials provided

The general turnaround time for a draft conference report is one week of the event’s conclusion.
