- Provided with indentation and double-spacing unless otherwise specified.
- Utilizing participant list, agenda and web resources to correctly spell names, locations, products whenever possible (phonetic spellings otherwise).
- Statements are attributed to speakers (if identifiable).
- No words are missed.
- Typically takes approximately one hour to prepare a transcript for each 10 minutes of recording (may be more if speaker has an accent, speaks quickly or reads from a prepared statement). A one-hour recording could take 6-7 hours to transcribe, and result in 20-25 pages of double-spaced text.
Turnaround for draft transcripts is ASAP, or within 24 hours, 48 hours or 72 hours.
