Chief Operating Officer

Sandra Moore has been with Raincoast Ventures since 2011, providing minute-taking and transcription services, and in November 2023 was contracted as Raincoast Ventures Ltd.’s Chief Operating Officer. She has a proven track record in the development of procedures and processes. In addition to her experience in Human Resources and the implementation and management of projects and operations, Sandra brings with her a passion for facilitation and a knack for developing training and engagement strategies with a client-centred focus.

Sandra’s combination of education and experience, paired with her excellent communication and organizational skills, contributes to the continued exceptional service that Raincoast Ventures clients appreciate. Along with her love for organization and spreadsheets, Sandra enjoys travelling with her family and experiencing what new cities and countries have to offer.
